This Privacy Policy applies to all Accountger™ platforms and services, including the website, Self-Care Portal, desktop billing and invoicing software, mobile applications, professional services (tax, audit, ITR filing, business registration, consulting), and digitalization projects such as website creation, hosting, API integrations, and other custom developments.

4. Offline-first & Secure Architecture

Accountger™ is designed as an offline-first system where core business data resides locally on your device. Optional online components transmit only reporting-layer or aggregated data to India-based secure servers. Encryption, access control, and multi-layer data integrity measures ensure confidentiality and protection.

5. Automation & Artificial Intelligence

Accountger™ employs intelligent automation to simplify billing, reconciliation, and compliance, enabling faster, more accurate operations. Features such as automated matching, reporting, and analytical dashboards assist users while ensuring data remains secure and private.

Automated systems never sell, share, or externally process identifiable data for AI training. All insights derived from user data are anonymized and used solely for improving functionality. Automation supports, but does not replace, professional review or statutory compliance oversight.

6. Data Sharing, Disclosure & Third Parties

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
  • We may share data only with vetted partners performing technical operations on our behalf under NDAs.

All tax, audit, and consulting engagements are handled by Accountger™’s in-house team under professional ethics and confidentiality. Financial and audit documents are stored and processed solely for the assigned engagement and reviewed under our peer-review system before filing.

Linked external websites are outside Accountger™ control. Users should review the respective policies of third-party platforms before sharing data.

Accountger™ services are for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 18.
